Site Highlights for May 2026

SAVE THE DATE: The Incoming Officer Training and District Turnover on Saturday, June 27th, 9 am (Social/Breakfast) and 9:30 am (Meeting kick-off) at the Maryland School for the Blind. All Club Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers and Membership Chairs should attend this training. Any Lion interested in those positions are invited as well.

Lion VDG Nara Khakurel was voted in as the Next District Governor during the 103rd Annual MD-22 Convention ~ May 14-17, 2026 held at the Ashore Resort and Beach Club, Make sure if you see him about to Congratulate him.

Clubs that want to schedule their District Governor Club Visits please take a look at the 22-A District Calendar before you request a visitation. Submit two date choices along with the time & location of club. Mention any special events - Charter, induction, awards, etc...

At our Special Convention that was held on 31 January 2026, The MD-22 delegates voted in PDG Daniel Marney Elkins (22-D) to be MD-22's International Director Candidate. He is now headed to the LCI Convention in Hong Kong, 3-7 July, to be on the ballot. We wish him all the best!
